PROJECT FORK-CAST

This is a two week project which will feature a controlled week and an experimental week in which participants will completely give up a list of 12 foods which are expected to go extinct within our life time and record their experiences. Through this project we aim to raise awareness about the effects of unchecked climate change within our lifetime and to propose more environment friendly diet alternatives to the average american diet.
